Hebei Pengda Fine Hair Group Co., Ltd was established on August 25, 1997. The original Rongcheng County Scouring plant, established in 1989, engaged in procurement, processing and sales of wool and was renamed as Rongcheng Pengda Scouring Co., Ltd in 1997. Along with the development of our business, Hebei pengda Fine Product Co., Ltd, Hebei Pengda Trade Co., Ltd were established in turn. Approved by the Hebei Administration of Industry and Commerce, the above three companies formed Hebei Pengda Fine Hair Group Co., Ltd on August 25, 1997. Hebei Lipeng Textile Co., Ltd was built on February 24, 2006.

Hebei Pengda Fine Group Co., Ltd is a privately owned limited company with a registered capital of 20 millions totally from natural persons. Hebei Lipeng Textile Co., Ltd has a registered capital of 8 millions solely-funded by one natural person The main products of our group company are scoured wool exported to India and various European countries, carpet grade yarn sold to Guangzhou, Shandong province, Inner Mongolia, Tianjin and so on, plush and grey cloth mainly supplied to the General Logistics Department of the Chinese PLA as garment material and tufting for Industry and Commerce and Tax department personnel winter apparel manufactures (such as Sen Puli fur garment factory in Inner Mongolia, Shanxi 3534 garment factory, Changchun 3,504 garment factory). We own a full set of combined wool washing machine, dryer and packing machine for wool producing, three spinning machines and a dust-removing machine for yarn making and a state-of-art sizing machine, 156 shuttle looms, 100 sword pole looms, 30 plush weaving machines, 5 warpers and inspection machines for plush and grey cloth manufacture.

The company has more than 500 employees at present, among which there are more than 50 professional and technical personnel, 20 senior technicians and 20 with degrees. The group company adopts the management system in which the general manager assumes overall responsibility for the work of the group company under the board of directors. There are the Company Office, the Technique and Quality department, the Plush company, the Trade Company, the Wool Yarn Company, the Lipeng Textile Company, the Security Department and the Financial Department are set up Under the general manager. Each department has its explicit responsibilities and obligations with quality management bing integrated. The group company has an annual yield of 600,000 meter of plush, 800 ton of carpet grade yarn, 2000 ton of wool exported, 10,000,000 meter of grey fabric with an annual value of 150 million RMB of production. The company occupies an area of more than 89,000 square meters.

We passed ISO2000 quality system authentication on June 28, 2005 and were authorized as a designated plush production enterprise by the Chinese PLA General Logistics Department, were granted the Import and Export right by the Hebei Provincial Department of Commerce of on February 19^th, 2004, were approved as member of the Association of Baoding Import and Export Enterprises and began to develop overseas market from then on. We have got many awards as taxpaying outstanding enterprise for many times by Rongcheng County State Taxation Bureau, AA-credit customer by the Agricultural Bank of China and honorary titles of “backbone township enterprise of the province” focused protection enterprise of the county and the city”
